Jen Herdina
Owner and Academic Director at Global Treks & Adventures
Jen Herdina is a dynamic educator, speaker, paramedic, sailing captain, and leadership development coach renowned for her ability to inspire individuals to believe in themselves and achieve their goals with clarity, confidence, and joy. With over 20 years of experience teaching students from high school to graduate levels, she has earned a reputation as a leader in program and leadership development.
Jen holds dual bachelor’s degrees in biology and Spanish and a master’s degree in educational instruction. She has designed and led experiential education programs in more than 45 countries, creating transformative experiences that combine adventure with personal growth. Over the past five years, she has expanded her expertise through advanced training in coaching, communication, confidence, and resilience, focusing on empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Through her impactful training sessions, Jen equips participants with tools to amplify their inner strengths, craft actionable strategies for success, and navigate challenges with focus and efficiency. Her inspiring approach fosters personal development, empowering students and leaders to lead lives of purpose, authenticity, and joy. Bob Singh is a dedicated college counselor with a passion for empowering students to build strong personal and academic identities. By fostering self-awareness and guiding students in setting meaningful goals, he helps them craft compelling college admission profiles that showcase their unique strengths. His tailored approach paves the way for academic and professional success.
With extensive teaching experience in Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning at prestigious institutions like Carnegie Mellon University, UC Berkeley, Stanford University, and De Anza College, Bob brings a rich academic background to his work. He has also served on admission committees for summer programs, undergraduate, and graduate levels at these universities, offering valuable insights into the admissions process.
Bob holds an MS in Education, an MS in Software Engineering, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree. His deep expertise and unwavering dedication make him a trusted mentor for shaping future leaders.
